16S rDNA检测在临床细菌检验中的应用

目的根据细菌16S rDNA的高度保守性,设计合成所有细菌的通用引物,建立快速检测细菌的方法。方法应用PCR方法检测细菌16S rDNA基因。同时对白假丝酵母菌、人白细胞DNA和HBV-DNA阳性病人血清同法检测。结果所有检测细菌均出现特异性条带,而白假丝酵母菌、人白细胞DNA和HBV-DNA阳性病人血清阴性。结论该法快速、特异、敏感。一个样品中能同时检测多种细菌,可为实验室初步判断是否存在细菌感染提供客观依据。

目的 了解重症监护病房(ICU)患者感染细菌的分布特征及耐药性。方法 收集2020年至2022年吉林大学中日联谊医院ICU患者分离的1 373株细菌,使用WHONET5.6软件,分析细菌的分布特征及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果 在所分离的1 373株细菌中以革兰阴性菌为主,共827株(60.2%),主要包括肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌。革兰阳性菌546株(39.8%),主要以屎肠球菌及表皮葡萄球菌为主。标本来源以呼吸道(40.9%)、血液(28.3%)和尿(11.8%)占比最高 ...
