Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)是急慢性冠脉综合征的治疗手段之一，可开通狭窄甚至闭塞的冠状动脉，改善心肌血流灌注，降低心脏相关的死亡率，已成为心血管疾病血运重建的重要手段。围术期缺血性脑卒中是冠状动脉介入治疗中最严重的合并症之一。研究发现，PCI术后新发缺血性脑卒中的发病率呈上升趋势[1],大约在0.1%至0.56%之间[2-7]。
