复杂网状结构供应链费用最优化已成为研究的热点问题.基于模拟退火与Dijkstra算法对复杂网状结构供应链费用的优化问题进行了研究.把全国的城市分布作为复杂网状结构,以城市间的距离和建立供应点的费用作为参数,建立数学模型,并进行数值仿真,分别以全1序列、全0序列、随机序列为初始值的选取方式进行模拟,从中确定了最优解,并给出了最优供应链网络.

二极管的径向绝缘设计及阴极特性研究

介绍了二极管真空绝缘中真空沿面闪络的理论、绝缘结构设计的要点以及沿面闪络域值的估算方法,提出了二极管结构优化设计的思路和方法,通过数值计算对二极管的径向绝缘结构进行了设计优化,一方面降低了三相点的电场强度和绝缘体沿面电场强度,另一方面提高了绝缘体表面的沿面击穿场强。实验结果表明,优化后的二极管绝缘结构满足设计指标,在正常工作电压下未发生击穿现象,并进一步对天鹅绒阴极二极管发射电流的幅值特性和脉宽特性进行了初步研究。

甲烷无氧芳构化反应是甲烷在无氧条件下的直接转化途径之一,具有重要的科学意义和潜在的工业应用价值。本论文围绕多孔碳化硅和碳化硅基分子筛结构型催化剂的制备、表征,同时考察了分子筛/碳化硅结构型催化剂在甲烷无氧芳构化反应中的催化活性,取得了如下结果: (1) 提出了一种简单易行的在温和条件下制备多孔碳化硅的方法。通过XRD,SEM,NMR及压汞法等表征方法的研究表明,我们的制备方法可以调控多孔碳化硅的形貌和孔径等参数。所制得的多孔碳化硅可以成功地用作结构型催化剂的载体,并应用到甲烷无氧芳构化反应中。 (2 ...

基于硫化物微结构光纤的超连续谱数值分析

研究了基于硫化物微结构光纤产生的超连续谱。设计了一种正常色散区色散平坦的硫化物芯/碲酸盐包层微结构光纤,该光纤能够获得超平坦的超连续谱。为了实现平坦的正常色散,对硫化物纤芯直径、空气孔大小和位置等光纤结构参数进行了优化,获得了波长范围在1.43μm之间、起伏小于4dB的超平坦超连续谱;同时还设计了一种硫化物芯/氟化物包层的微结构光纤,通过对光纤参数的优化,获得了波长从1.27μm的超宽超连续谱。
