Female Employment Choices and Income Responses,An Empirical Study Based on the Data of CGSS (2010-2013) [PDF]

本文基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2010年——2013年的调查数据,根据雇佣方式以及单位性质的不同,结合就业风险及稳定性,将中国从事非农职业的女性就业选择分为:自我雇佣、国有企事业单位、集体企事业单位、私营等其他单位以及临时就业五类。首先,运用多元logit回归模型分析影响城镇和农村女性就业选择的因素;其次,利用OLS多元线性回归模型,分析城镇和农村女性不同就业选择的收入效应。 对就业选择而言,城乡女性的就业选择依据工作的稳定性排列,就业偏好表现出:国有企事业单位>集体/私营单位>自我雇佣/临时就业。

三相分立式断路器的新型永磁机构

针对三相分立式永磁机构断路器对其配套永磁机构的小型化、低电压、小电流、大保持力等特殊要求,设计并研发了一套新型永磁机构。笔者主要研究在较低电压下永磁机构的分、合闸过程中动铁心的位移、速度等机械参数与时间的关系,确定线圈电流、静态保持力等优化参数。采用有限元法对永磁机构进行分析研究,在Maxwell 2D建立了永磁机构的仿真模型,并根据仿真结果结合样机数据对三相分立式永磁机构优化设计。试验结果证明,优化后的永磁机构各项技术参数达到了设计要求。

外腔可调谐激光器的有限元分析及结构优化

为了降低环境温度变化对外腔可调谐激光器波长稳定性的影响,采用有限元分析方法得出了外腔可调谐激光器的温度场分布特点和热变形机理,提出了一种优化的光具座结构,并对优化结构的散热性能和热变形进行了理论分析和数值模拟。结果表明,该优化的光具座结构具有高效的传热性能,大幅降低了热变形对腔长的影响,从而提高了激光器的在不同工作环境温度下的波长稳定性。
