Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1983 近二、三十年来,手术治疗结、直肠癌的疗效并无显著提高。因为结、直肠癌患者被作出诊断时,约有50%以上已发生转移,所以单靠扩大切除范围来改善预后,显属不能。因此,不少医学家探索应用化疗等措施作为提高大肠癌根治术疗效的辅助治疗。 我院自1972年开始应用Rousselot介绍的肠腔化疗方法,作为结、直肠癌根治切除的辅助疗法。本文总结了8年间的经验,旨在探索提高结、直肠癌根治术疗效的措施。
