, 2018 目的研究结肠充气后CT扫描对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法随机选定本院门诊或住院的110例结肠癌患者,2012年2月至2018年2月对其进行结肠充气后进行CT扫描诊断,分析诊断结果,并与病理检测结果作比较。结果结肠充气后CT扫描:29例是浸润型癌、56例是肿块型癌、23例是溃疡型癌,诊断符合率为98.2%(108/110),漏诊2例,漏诊率为1.8%,结肠充气后CT扫描结果与病理检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结肠癌患者采纳结肠充气后CT扫描诊断,诊断符合率较高,并且可以对病灶进行准确的分析,
