大型油浸式电力变压器负载损耗较高,且绕组及油道结构复杂,为更好地掌握大型油浸式电力变压器绕组温度场分布特性,文中针对220 kV大型油浸式电力变压器,在分析变压器损耗与传热的基础上,建立了变压器流体力学-温度场耦合的仿真模型,基于有限元分析求得变压器内部温度—流体场,研究结果表明:由于绕组内部起导油作用的油道隔板的影响,温度沿绕组轴向高度呈周期性上升趋势;绕组局部温度分布不均衡,对绕组油道结构进行优化设计可改善绕组温度分布的局部不均衡性,降低绕组热点温度。

电力变压器短路故障产生的短路冲击会造成绕组变形,限制系统短路电流对降低变压器绕组动态变形意义重大。文中以110 kV电压等级的三绕组电力变压器为例,中压绕组发生出口短路故障时,基于磁—力学耦合场研究方法,对变阻抗变压器和常规变压器绕组动态变形进行数值分析。变阻抗变压器的研究包括变压器本体和限流电抗器2部分,分析了短路电流作用下,变压器绕组和限流电抗器线圈的变形、动态应力、位移。常规变压器和变阻抗变压器绕组变形的对比可得变阻抗变压器变形量较小。分析结果为变阻抗变压器绕组变形状态评估提供参考依据。
