开孔电大腔中场分布的统计分析

本文讨论了电大金属腔的孔缝耦合问题.采用开孔矩形腔的一种快速分析方法,来计算腔内电磁场分布;对入射波入射角度的微小变化和腔体几何结构微小变化带来的高频响应敏感性问题进行了研究;针对高频响应敏感性使确定性规律难以存在的情况,采用统计分析方法得到腔内电磁场空间分布的统计结果.研究表明,在入射波入射角度微小变化或者腔体几何结构微小变化时,腔内电磁场分布具有较大变化,但统计分析结果却具有较好的稳定性且随着频率升高稳定性越发明显,显示统计规律具有良好的普适性 ...

甲状腺超声影像报告和数据系统分类联合多变量统计分析在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨甲状腺超声影像和数据报告系统(TI-RADS)分级结合多变量统计分析在诊断甲状腺良恶结节中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的247例单发甲状腺结节患者的临床资料,对患者进行TI-RADS分级,并运用多变量统计分析方法对病例进行分析,筛选重要声像特征。结果甲状腺良性结节组和甲状腺恶性结节组比较,肿块的大小、肿块的性质、形态、边界、回声、钙化、钙化类型、纵横比,CDFI均具有统计学差别。多变量统计结果显示甲状腺良性结节组和甲状腺恶性结节能够很好的被分离,而甲状腺恶性结节的不同分类也能很好的被区分。

基础代谢率评估腹膜透析充分性的研究

目的研究基础代谢指标静息能量消耗(REE)与腹膜透析充分性的关系,探讨是否可用REE预测腹膜透析充分性。方法收集新入腹膜透析62例患者一般情况、生化、腹膜平衡试验、Ccr、Kt/V及REE等资料,根据REE高低分为2组,对组间各项资料进行统计分析。结果两组间性别差异明显,高REE组均为男性,低REE组男性仅为19.4%,且两组尿素氮、血肌酐、尿素氮总量、血磷存在统计学差异;两组间尿素清除指数(Kt/V)也存在统计学差异,但肌酐清除率(Ccr)差异无统计学意义。结论 REE能较好反映腹膜透析患者血肌酐 ...
