颅内动脉狭窄的患者近期内发生急性缺血性脑血管病的风险大大增高,监测颅内动脉狭窄患者的脑血管反应性(CVR),可大大提高卒中预警,降低卒中风险。高血压是脑血管病的独立高危因素,长期的血压控制不良势必极大的增加了卒中风险,但高血压患者诱发卒中的机制中,是否增加了颅内动脉狭窄的发生几率,以及不同程度高血压与颅内动脉狭窄发生率之间是否存在线性关系,血压程度对CVR的影响,目前研究较少。
