基于“形气神”理论探析缺血性脑卒中的神经元铁死亡机制的临床内涵
Medical Research and Practice缺血性脑卒中（IS）因其高致残率、复发率及致死率，临床治疗亟需突破再灌注后神经损伤的干预瓶颈。铁死亡作为由脂质过氧化与活性氧异常蓄积驱动的新型细胞死亡方式，已被证实参与脑缺血再灌注损伤的病理进程。中医学认为，IS属“中风”范畴，病机关键为风火痰瘀痹阻脑络，导致形、气、神三者失和，进而引发肢体功能障碍与神经损伤。本文基于中医“形神气一体”理论，探讨IS病程中形气神受损与神经元铁死亡的内在关联，揭示中医药通过调和形、气、神以调控铁死亡通路的潜在靶点。
