为了解决现有无损检测技术在检测电瓷材料孔洞缺陷中的局限性,提出采用红外热波技术对电瓷材料孔洞缺陷进行检测研究。基于热传导定律,推导了红外热波技术原理,根据热波的独立性和衰减性等数理特性,提出了采用非负矩阵分解和快速傅里叶变换的热波特征提取方法,并重构了相应的特征热图。对制备的含人工孔洞缺陷瓷套样品进行检测研究,得到了不同表面发射率瓷套的检测特点,得出了表面发射率对红外热波检测效果的影响规律。基于非负矩阵分解特征图、相位图和幅值图等重构特征热图,消除了不均加热影响,提升了红外热波技术的检测能力。研究表明 ...
