机械性振动缺陷的检测是保证GIS设备安全运行的有效手段之一,尚缺乏针对GIS设备内部多种构件机械缺陷振动规律的系统性研究。文中研发了一套GIS设备振动状态高灵敏检测装置,搭建了高电压大电流GIS设备机械缺陷模拟平台,模拟出5种典型缺陷,开展了GIS设备振动信号特性试验研究。试验结果表明,在负载电流不变的情况下,电压的改变对振动信号基本没有变化;在同一电压作用下,振动信号波形保持基本不变,振动信号幅值随着负载电流增加而增加;机械缺陷情况下,振动信号主要频谱为100 Hz,并叠加了较多的高频成分 ...
