目的考察老化态度在工作记忆老化中的作用。方法分别使用横断数据和干预数据分析老化态度对工作记忆老化的影响模式。对43名75~95岁城市养老院老老年人实施数字工作记忆广度和老化态度测验。随机选取20名被试者作为干预组接受工作记忆训练。结果积极的内隐老化态度与较大的数字工作记忆广度关系密切。工作记忆训练取得中度效果(ES=0.59);但内隐与外显老化态度得分与工作记忆干预收益相关均不显著。结论老化态度在工作记忆老化中的作用可能更多地表现为对固有工作记忆能力的保护。
