Strangers on the ladder of the party‐state: Women in teaching in Nationalist Taiwan, 1940s–1980s

老化油真空薄膜脱水试验研究

传统的老化油处理方法大多存在处理成本高、污染环境、脱水率低、设备占地面积大等缺点,不能满足海上平台老化油的处理要求。构建了真空环境下薄膜对老化油进行快速蒸发的模型。研究结果表明,温度越高、流量越小,老化油的含水率越低。对于含水率为10%的老化油,进油流量为0.15 kg/min、温度为80℃时,老化油脱水率可达90%。经过2次循环脱水后老化油的含水率低于0.5%,达到原油外输标准。

基于时域介电法和动态贝叶斯网络的变压器油纸绝缘老化状态评估

为了能够实现对变压器油纸绝缘老化状态的准确评估,文中在极化/去极化电流方法的基础上,提出6种表征油纸老化的特征量,并将动态贝叶斯网络引入到油纸绝缘老化状态评估问题中,建立了相应的老化阶段预测模型,针对该模型进行了实例验证。结果表明:从PDC及拓展Debye模型提取的绝缘纸电量Qpaper、稳定平均电导电流■以及平均极化时间常数■对油纸老化状态反映敏感,且与聚合度有良好的拟合关系,可作为表征绝缘纸老化的特征量;油纸绝缘老化状态评估问题符合动态贝叶斯网络的应用条件,通过划分特征量状态及老化阶段 ...

大电流冲击后ZnO压敏电阻交流老化特性的分析

针对ZnO压敏电阻经受多次8/20雷电流冲击后交流老化特性变化的问题,通过对ZnO压敏电阻老化机理的理论分析,并对ZnO压敏电阻样品进行不同次数的冲击老化实验后再进行交流老化实验测量其静态参数的变化,发现适当次数的大电流冲击会增强ZnO压敏电阻的交流耐受能力;ZnO压敏电阻的U1 mA和U0.1 mA在交流老化过程中呈现小幅上升、缓慢下降、快速减小的趋势,非线性系数则呈现持续缓慢降低而后快速下降的趋势;根据实验结果,得出电子陷阱及离子迁移是交流老化初始和中期的主要老化机理,而热破坏在老化末期起主要作用。
