Application of Painless Catheterization in Promoting Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Patients [PDF]

目的 探讨无痛导尿术提升高龄患者关怀护理满意度的应用效果。方法 将80例女性手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组以常规方法行术前导尿，试验组行无痛导尿术及关怀护理操作法，比较两组患者导尿前后的心率、血压、血氧饱和度、疼痛程度、关怀护理满意程度的情况。结果 两组患者导尿后血压、心率的比较有显著性差异（р<0.05）；导尿后对照组的疼痛程度高于试验组，差异有显著性（р<0.05）；试验组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（р<0.01）。结论 ...

本文收集１９５５－１９８２年经放射治疗的青年宫颈癌（≤３５岁）１５５例和老年宫颈癌（≥６０岁）１４０例资料，随访１０年以上。发现青年宫颈癌患者的３年及５年生存率明显低于老年组（Ｐ＜．０１）。而１０年生存率都显著后于老年组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示对青年宫颈癌患者应加强综合治疗。如放疗加手术或放疗加插管化疗以提高癌肿控制率。对老年患者在积极给予根治性治疗同时，加强对高血压等合并症的治疗。
