以聚合物驱油为代表的三次采油技术已经在我国各大主力油田逐步推广和应用,随聚合物用量不断增大,油田含聚洗井液的处理量也随之剧增。由于聚合物能够促进油水混合物的乳化,洗井液中的油水分离速率极为缓慢,且含聚洗井液的黏度大,与常规洗井液混合后循环利用将对油田水系统产生诸多不利影响。在分析了油田含聚洗井液组分和常规氧化处理方法的基础上,针对现有联合处理站工艺固化、空间受限以及罐车排放速度快、降解处理时间短等问题,提出了超声-臭氧联合降解聚合物的工艺方法,并搭建了相应的室内试验平台。以含聚洗井液黏度下降率 ...

为获得天然可再生、环境友好的宽黏度范围的椰子油基酯类润滑油,先由新戊二醇(NG)和己二酸(AA)合成不同平均聚合度的中间体,再分别与椰子油脂肪酸反应制备一系列黏度可调控的椰子油基新戊二醇己二酸低聚酯(简称低聚酯)。考察了中间体的主要合成条件带水剂种类、反应温度、反应时间、新戊二醇与己二酸物质的量比(nNG/nAA)对中间体转化率和平均聚合度的影响,比较分析不同平均聚合度的中间体及其低聚酯的FTIR红外光谱,并测定了不同平均聚合度中间体制备的低聚酯黏度。结果表明:nNG/nAA可显著调控中间体的平均聚合度,

以盐酸酸洗废液和废铁屑为原料,制备了聚硅酸聚合氯化铁复合型絮凝剂(PSPFC),研究了聚铁中铁浓度、聚合硅酸浓度、聚合硅酸pH值、n(Fe)∶n(Si)及复合熟化时间等因素对絮凝性能的影响。正交试验结果表明,当制备条件为:Fe/Si物质的量比为1∶2,聚铁中铁浓度为0.6mol/L,复合熟化时间为40min时,研制的PSPFC对低浊污水(浊度10~20NTU)具有最佳处理效果,并具有较宽的pH适用范围。

通过测定聚合物驱含油污水中油珠、絮体及Zeta电位的大小,研究了污水油含量、固体悬浮物含量、聚合物浓度对油珠及悬浮物的亚微观聚集形态、表面电荷及污水稳定性的影响。结果表明,随聚合物浓度或油含量的增加,污水中的油珠、絮体均有变大的趋势;随固体悬浮物浓度的增加,污水中的油珠、絮体不仅有变大的趋势,且大尺寸的絮体数量显著增加。聚合物浓度对带电颗粒的Zeta电位有显著的影响,聚合物浓度越高,带电颗粒的Zeta电位绝对值越高。表明聚合物是聚合物驱采油污水处理低效的原因。

将聚硅酸与聚合硫酸铁进行复合。采用正交实验法和单因素法探讨了聚硅酸中二氧化硅浓度、n(Si)∶n(Fe)、聚合硫酸铁的盐基度、水玻璃活化pH等条件对复合产品的稳定性和絮凝效果的影响。得出的复合条件为二氧化硅质量分数2%、n(Si)n∶(Fe)=12∶、聚合硫酸铁的盐基度在5%-15%、水玻璃活化pH为3.0。最后将复合混凝剂与商品聚合氯化铝(PAC)以及聚合硫酸铁进行比较,结果表明:该复合混凝剂的混凝效果完全达到了PAC的标准,然而其经济效益明显优于PAC;其混凝效果明显优于聚合硫酸铁。

以L-天冬氨酸为原料,采用自制固体酸式催化剂TJ101,热缩聚合合成聚天冬氨酸(PASP),并研究了催化剂加入量和催化温度对PASP产率的影响,确定聚合反应的最佳条件:反应温度为200℃,催化剂与物料质量比为1∶10,聚合时间为6 h。探讨了固体酸式催化剂对产物颜色的影响,实验中发现,在固体酸式催化剂存在下合成聚天冬氨酸的色度较低,纯度较高。
