以三(3,5-二叔丁基水杨醛缩苯乙胺)镧La (OPEBS)3为引发剂引发L-丙交酯(L-LA)和ε-己内酯(ε-CL)的共聚,可控合成嵌段共聚物.研究了单体加料顺序、投料比、单体与引发剂的摩尔比(M/I)及聚合温度对L-LA和ε-CL共聚的影响.由石油醚抽提纯化的聚合物经GPC、1H NMR和DSC分析,表明该共聚物为L-LA和ε-CL嵌段共聚物.

Study on release characteristics of tinidazole-chitosan-sodium alginate complex membrane(替硝唑-壳聚糖-海藻酸钠生物复合膜的缓释性能研究)

系统研究了各种因素对复合膜的药物控释、稳定性、药物包埋率等性能的影响.最佳制备条件:pH=5.0、壳聚糖溶液质量分数为0.25%、海藻酸钠溶液质量分数为0.25%、海藻酸钠与壳聚糖的质量比为1:1.当壳聚糖溶液pH = 5.0时,复合膜的药物控释性能最强.通过Ca2+的交联,使替硝唑的包埋率达到96.1%.复合膜的溶胀度研究表明,在pH = 11的介质中具有最大的溶胀度.
