检测变压器绝缘纸聚合度是判断其固体绝缘老化程度最直接有效的方法,实验室制取了53个不同聚合度的变压器绝缘纸样,采用国标法(粘度法)检测其聚合度。通过漫反射光谱仪对所有纸样进行扫描,结合偏最小二乘回归法建立了绝缘纸聚合度与光谱参数间的定量模型,模型相关系数为0.951 9,预测均方根误差RMSEP为67.5。该方法检测绝缘纸聚合度的精密度和准确度基本满足工程应用要求,为变压器固体绝缘状态提供了一种快捷、无损的检测方式。

不同聚合度的聚乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯分别与丙烯酸(AA)在水溶液中聚合,得到两种聚醚型共聚物阻垢剂T-400和T-1000。考察了阻垢剂用量、钙离子浓度、溶液pH,以及温度、时间对其阻磷酸钙垢率的影响,并与其他阻垢剂进行了比较。结果表明,聚醚型阻垢剂具有优异的阻磷酸钙垢的性能,对钙离子容忍度较高,受温度影响较小,可用于高pH的水系统中,并长时间有效;聚醚侧基的聚合度大小对其阻磷酸钙垢性能影响不大。

为了解聚合铝的混凝作用机理,以不同碱化度的聚合铝为混凝剂,考察了pH对聚合铝的形态分布、混凝效果及总溶解性残余铝的影响。结果表明,pH对聚合铝形态分布的影响十分明显,碱化度越低影响越显著;预制Alb和Alc在混凝过程中相对比较稳定,而低聚合度的Ala受pH影响显著;Ala在混凝过程中表现出阳离子的性质,电中和能力弱;与高Alb含量的聚合铝相比,高Alc含量的聚合铝出水浊度降低,但不能提高出水中的溶解性有机物去除率;总溶解性残余铝含量与混凝过程中Ala的含量有直接关联。
