血清总胆汁酸测定对慢性肝炎的诊断价值

目的 探讨血清总胆汁酸 (TBA)检测对慢性肝炎的诊断价值。方法 针对 130例肝穿刺活检病理证实为慢性肝炎的病人及肝穿刺病理证实为炎症的 2 0例病人 ,应用酶比色法测定血清TBA水平。结果 慢性肝炎组病人血清TBA水平均显著高于无炎症活动的对照组病人 ,且TBA水平与肝炎病理分级呈正相关。结论 血清TBA水平是慢性肝炎诊断的一个敏感指标 ,并有助于判定慢性肝炎病情程度。
