目的: 明确外科手术对 HBsAg 阳性肝癌患者乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)复制的影响。 方法: 以常规聚合酶链反应 ( PCR)方法检测了 20 例 HBV 血清学标志阳性肝癌患者血清中的 HBV DNA ; 应用荧光能量转移定量聚合酶链反应(QPCR) 测定肝癌手术切除前后病人血清中 HBV DNA 量的变化情况。结果: 在部分肝癌病人( 40%)血清中可以检测到 HBV DNA ; 外科手术后较手术前病人血清 HBV DNA 拷贝数增高(P
