肝癌肝移植相关热点问题探讨

作为原发性肝癌的治愈性治疗手段之一,肝脏移植已经成为肝脏外科的一项重要技术。在我国,大部分肝癌确诊时已是中晚期,失去单纯外科手术切除的机会,需要个体化综合治疗才能提高疗效,其中,肝脏移植也是综合治疗的重要手段之一。对于中晚期肝癌,如何降低肝移植术后的肝癌复发和转移具有重要的临床意义,需要在术前、术中、术后给予个体化综合治疗。而对于肝移植后的复发性肝癌,谨慎开展免疫检查点阻断剂的临床研究是未来的重要研究方向。

第一章:大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的分离、培养与鉴定 目的体外培养活性好、纯度高的骨髓间充质干细胞 方法采用密度梯度离心法分离培养骨髓间充质干细胞,采用流式细胞仪鉴定其表面抗原的表达情况,用成软骨试剂、成脂试剂诱导BMSCs分化成软骨细胞、脂肪细胞。 结果获得细胞具有明显的贴壁性,其细胞表面高表达CD44、CD90、CD29抗原分子,低表达CD45、CD34、CD11b抗原分子。成软骨诱导分化3周,BMSCs即可分化成软骨细胞,成脂诱导分化2周,即可分化成脂肪细胞。 结论密度梯度离心法可以获得活性好、纯度高 ...
