摘 要: 【目的】 探讨二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠胰岛素敏感性的作用及机制?【方法】 应用脱氢表雄酮制备PCOS大鼠模型20只,随机分为二甲双胍干预组?PCOS组各10只,同批大鼠设为正常对照组10只?干预前后检测大鼠胰岛素抵抗水平,酶法检测肝脏组织甘油三酯含量,Western blot法检测葡萄糖调节蛋白78 (GRP78)?固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(SREBP-1c)和磷酸化AMPKa蛋白(P-AMPKa)的表达变化?【结果】 PCOS 组大鼠表现明显胰岛素抵抗,肝脏组织甘油三酯含量?
