目的定量检测脓毒症大鼠肠道主要菌群的变化情况,同时找出引起脓毒症大鼠患病甚至死亡的主要致病菌。方法采用盲肠结扎穿孔法(CLP)制作大鼠脓毒症模型,取腹水进行细菌培养和菌种鉴定;同时取结肠内容物提取DNA,使用荧光定量PCR法对肠道内5种细菌进行定量。结果与对照组相比模型组大鼠肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量明显减少,而大肠埃希菌的数量则有所增加。同时大肠埃希菌在腹水中大量繁殖。结论肠道中益生菌数量减少和条件致病菌的大量繁殖是导致脓毒症大鼠发病和死亡的微生态学因素。
