Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的提出125I粒子组织间植入对肺癌细胞A549的有效剂量,确定125I粒子组织间植入对缩小肺癌肿瘤的有效性。方法建立裸小鼠皮下肺癌移植瘤模型,分三组:对照组、空白组、125I粒子植入组。从粒子植入日起观察记录肿瘤大小变化,绘制肿瘤大小变化曲线。植入粒子后第28天处死动物,取瘤,测量最终体积大小及病理分析。结果肺癌细胞A549粒子植入组和对照组、空白组相比效果明显。结论证实了125I粒子对缩小肺癌肿瘤的有效性。125I粒子计量在0.8 mCi对肺癌细胞A549肿瘤缩小的效果明显。
