Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 肺癌(lung cancer)是当前影响人类健康和生命的恶性肿瘤之一[1]。随着生活环境的变化,肺癌的患病率正逐年增加[2]。已有研究发现,我国每年肺癌发病率正以4.5%的速度上升[3]。目前,肺癌的治疗手段主要是以手术治疗,辅助化疗、放疗、免疫治疗等[4]。而顺铂作为金属铂类络合物,可抑制肿瘤细胞中的DNA复制过程[5]。但肺癌的化疗机理仍有待进一步深入研究。芦丁(Rutin)作为心脑血管类药物,已应用多年[6]。近些年来,芦丁在肿瘤的治疗上也逐渐被报道。本文探讨芦丁联合顺铂对肺癌作用机制。
