肾细胞癌是肾脏最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病比较隐匿,临床症状较轻微,约有30%的肾细胞癌患者在确诊时已为肿瘤进展期[1],故病死率很高。肾透明细胞癌约占肾细胞癌(RCC)的75%-80%,病理级别越高恶性程度也随之增加。超声、CT、MRI虽容易发现原发病灶,但对鉴别原发病灶的病理分级及临床分期有一定的局限性。18 F-FDG PET/CT是一种先进的核医学影像设备,已普遍应用于良恶性肿瘤的鉴别、分期及疗效评价。
