中期妊娠异常胎儿选择性减胎术的应用

【目的】探讨选择性减胎术在妊娠中期的应用及其在优生中的意义。【方法】对2 例中期妊娠双羊膜囊双胎进行 经产前诊断, 对其中异常胎儿施行选择性减胎术, 采用B 超介导下经腹胎儿心内注射高浓度氯化钾方法。【结果】2 例异常胎 儿均获减胎成功并分娩健康婴儿, 无严重母儿并发症。【结论】选择性减胎术是优生领域中一种安全、简便的方法, 可成功应 用于妊娠中期。
