胎盘成熟度分级与胎盘功能的相关性探讨

【目的】探讨孕妇胎盘成熟度分级与胎盘功能之间的联系, 以提供更多监测胎盘功能的方法。【方法】对中山一 院1994 年8 月~ 1995 年1 月, 孕龄在30 ~ 42 周的单胎妊娠孕妇91 例, 在B 超下进行胎盘成熟度分级和检测孕妇血中胎盘 生乳素(HPL)值, 以及羊水池和胎盘钙化追踪。【结果】孕妇胎盘成熟度0 级~ Ⅱ 级胎盘者其HPL 值正常, Ⅲ 级胎盘者其 HPL 值明显较0 级~ Ⅱ 级胎盘者低, 但尚在正常值范围;Ⅲ 级胎盘合并羊水过少、胎盘钙化较0 级~ Ⅱ 级胎盘明显增多 ...
