Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2016 目的分析探讨高浓度铁蛋白、游离脂肪酸与妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗相关性,以期为妊娠糖尿病的诊疗提供借鉴。方法以自2011年6月到2012年6月入住我院的妊娠糖尿病患者为对象,采用个体匹配,按照1∶1比例选取对照,即调查每一个病例的同时,调查1个年龄相同、孕周相同的孕妇作为对照。对搜集到的资料,用采用卡方检验、条件Logistic回归分析。评价高浓度铁蛋白、游离脂肪酸与妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗相关性与妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗。结果两组患者平均年龄30.50±3.56岁妊娠糖尿病的孕龄、孕次、孕前BMI,比较后无显著差异（

The neuroprotective and analgesic effects of metformin are related to the activation of AMPK, the clearance of MGO, and the reduction of insulin resistance and neuroinflamation.
