术前衰弱对胰腺癌患者胰十二指肠切除术后预后的影响

目的探讨术前衰弱指数对胰腺癌患者胰十二指肠切除术后预后的影响。方法对中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院435例行胰十二指肠切除术的胰腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，统计患者术前衰弱情况，衰弱评估方法为衰弱（FRAIL）问卷。采用二元Logistics回归分析探讨衰弱的影响因素，采用Cox回归进行生存分析，按照人口学特征进行亚组分析并探讨衰弱对于胰腺癌患者胰十二指肠术后预后的影响。结果本研究共纳入患者435例，119例发生衰弱（占27.4%），316例无衰弱（占72.7%）。两组患者在年龄、BMI、ASA评分 ...
