通过对广州市有代表性的写字楼进行3个年度全年能耗抽样调查,分析了2栋大型办公类公共建筑全年的建筑能耗组成和变化规律。指出此两栋大型办公类建筑按实际使用面积计算的全年平均总能耗为149.3kWh/m^2和115kWh/m^2,全年空调能耗占建筑总能耗的比例分别为49.2%和38.5%。由于所使用的能耗调查方法详细,调查对象具有代表性,因此,能耗分析结果可作为广州地区办公类公共建筑能耗数据库的一部分或为其提供参考。此外,通过和其他相关文献研究结果的对比 ...

为研究K形偏心支撑半刚性连接钢框架的抗震性能,采用较低屈服点的可替换耗能梁段作为耗能单元,对一个单层单跨平面内钢框架模型进行低周循环加载试验。通过试验分析了框架的变形特性、塑性发展情况及破坏模式,分析了框架的强度、刚度、滞回性能、耗能特性。在连接节点处的高强螺栓上粘贴应变片,并观察高强螺栓的应变发展情况。试验结果表明:破坏主要发生在耗能梁处且耗能梁先于框架屈服并消耗能量;梁柱节点处在加载过程中始终没有屈曲破坏;由于框架梁和耗能梁在加载过程中的相互错动,造成滞回曲线出现捏缩效果,高强螺栓出现松动。
