电涌抑制晶闸管(TSS)冲击性能的分析

针对电涌抑制晶闸管(TSS)在雷电过电压作用下残压、通流及吸收能量的问题。通过对TSS的结构和原理分析,利用组合波发生器模拟雷电过电压,研究不同幅值的雷电过电压作用下TSS的冲击性能,分析TSS两端残压、通流及其吸收能量的变化趋势。得出:在TSS两端施加的冲击电压越大,其残压、通流值及吸收能量越高;TSS的吸收能量与冲击电压有一定的函数关系,但是当TSS的额定击穿电压达到275V及以上时,其吸收能量与冲击电压由幂函数关系变为线性函数关系。为TSS在实际应用中提供理论依据和参考。

客车内饰件对侧翻仿真结果的研究 [PDF]

为研究内饰件在客车侧翻运动过程中能量吸收的比例,常规做法往往是先建立完整的整车有限元模型,运用lS-dynA软件进行计算,再用lS-PrEPOST前后处理器来统计内饰件吸收的能量。这种正向做法会导致计算时间过长或由于材料参数、变形体预变形、连接方式等与实际不一致,使仿真结果与试验不符。文章依据试验结果,利用反求法来求出整车内饰件吸收的能量比例,在进行侧翻仿真分析的时候只需考虑车身骨架及外部蒙皮吸收的能量即可。验证结果表明,采用此方法会减少有限元模型数量、节省建模和计算时间,达到事半功倍的效果 ...

为了研究750 kV带间隙避雷器不同本体参数能量吸收特性,选取西北地区典型750 kV系统建立ATP-EMTP计算模型,并选取由D105电阻片组成的500 kV、540 kV和588 kV不同额定电压的750 kV线路避雷器,分别研究在雷击塔顶反击导线和雷电绕击导线时避雷器的吸收能量特性。计算结果表明:雷电反击时,避雷器的吸收能量随着避雷器额定电压的增大而减小,且吸收能量较小;雷电绕击时,避雷器的吸收能量随着避雷器额定电压的增大而增大,且吸收能量较大。从工程实际考虑:建议750 ...
