适应智能变电站一次设备智能化的迅速发展,研制了新一代整合型变压器智能组件,根据特性功能划分,把测量IED、风冷控制IED、有载分接开关控制IED、非电量保护IED整合为变压器综合监测控制智能组件,结合变压器的就地运行情况完成智能非电量保护、风冷控制、有载分接开关控制,实现变压器智能控制、运行状态监视和综合判断等功能。经过测试和试验,将在北京某新建智能变电站配合变压器本体运行。

多级SPD之间以及SPD与设备之间的配合实验

通过在实验室内搭建多级SPD以及SPD与被保护设备的线路模型,研究了不同的配置环境(如改变上下两级SPD之间的电缆长度、改变入侵的电涌波形和改变被保护设备的特性等)对于多级SPD之间以及SPD与保护设备之间能量配合和电压保护水平配合的效果。实验结果表明:SPD之间的电缆长度会影响下级SPD的能量分配和残压大小;侵入的电涌波形会改变SPD残压的大小以及引起线路上电涌波形的畸变;被保护设备的阻抗会改变下级SPD和被保护设备之间的能量分配。

基于模糊层次法的配电变压器抽检实验室能效评估研究

为提高配网实验室质量监督能力,提出了基于模糊层次法的配电变压器抽检实验室能效评估方法。首先,基于层次分析法和灰色理论,提出以试验设备、软件系统、试验流程以及安全管理为准则层的指标评价体系;接着,计算某配电变压器实验室能效的综合评价值;最后,找出该实验室系统的薄弱环节。研究表明:建立的能效评估体系,CR值均小于0.1,证明文中指标体系的设计是合理的;该实验室综合评价结果I级,物流信息评分值最低,说明该系统的物流过程有待改善。文中指标体系的建立,对物资抽检质量的提升具有促进作用。

双偏振双波长混合应变量子阱激光器

本文报道了以混合应变量子阱结构为有源区的激光器。对有源区分别采用体材料、匹配量子阱、压应变量子阱和混合应变量子阱结构的激光器进行了比较。混合应变量子阱激光器能同时工作于两种偏振模式,而且两种偏振模式的激射波长不同。结合实验结果,我们可以看出在混合应变量子阱结构中,从偏振自发辐射谱峰值波长差不能推断两种量子阱的能带填充效应大小。

电涌保护器级间退耦元件的冲击损伤分析

为了进一步研究电涌保护器(surge protective device,SPD)级间能量配合失效的问题,依据IEC 61643的规定,利用波的传输理论与基尔霍夫定律进行理论分析后,再进行冲击试验,试验发现:SPD在能量配合失效时,其级间的退耦元件受到的损伤往往比主要防雷元件更为严重。研究表明:在8/20μs冲击电流的多次冲击作用下,退耦元件的电气性能将发生变化。同样绕制情况下,线径越大的电感冲击损伤越小;同一温度下,功率越大的电阻冲击损伤越小,且镀膜型电阻的电气性能较绕线型电阻更稳定。从而提出 ...
