低压配电系统电涌保护器能量配合研究

电涌保护器(SPD)的能量配合是低压配电系统防雷工程中的重要课题。基于理论计算和ATP-EMTP仿真,研究一端口限压型SPD在短波(8/20μs)和长波(10/350μs)下的能量配合问题,着重分析SPD级间距离和参数配合对这种配合的影响。提出金属氧化物压敏电阻(MOV)伏安特性研究的一种假设,给出了级间电缆的长度与后级SPD分流比的关系曲线。结果表明:短波情况下,10 m的级间电缆可将后级SPD电流限制在总电流的20%以内;长波情况下,80 m的级间电缆才能达到相近的效果。

多级SPD之间以及SPD与设备之间的配合实验

通过在实验室内搭建多级SPD以及SPD与被保护设备的线路模型,研究了不同的配置环境(如改变上下两级SPD之间的电缆长度、改变入侵的电涌波形和改变被保护设备的特性等)对于多级SPD之间以及SPD与保护设备之间能量配合和电压保护水平配合的效果。实验结果表明:SPD之间的电缆长度会影响下级SPD的能量分配和残压大小;侵入的电涌波形会改变SPD残压的大小以及引起线路上电涌波形的畸变;被保护设备的阻抗会改变下级SPD和被保护设备之间的能量分配。

基于模糊层次法的配电变压器抽检实验室能效评估研究

为提高配网实验室质量监督能力,提出了基于模糊层次法的配电变压器抽检实验室能效评估方法。首先,基于层次分析法和灰色理论,提出以试验设备、软件系统、试验流程以及安全管理为准则层的指标评价体系;接着,计算某配电变压器实验室能效的综合评价值;最后,找出该实验室系统的薄弱环节。研究表明:建立的能效评估体系,CR值均小于0.1,证明文中指标体系的设计是合理的;该实验室综合评价结果I级,物流信息评分值最低,说明该系统的物流过程有待改善。文中指标体系的建立,对物资抽检质量的提升具有促进作用。
