干血滤纸片DNA分析新生儿CYP21基因和SRY基因方法初探
【目的】 初步探讨干血滤纸片DNA分析新生儿CYP21基因和SRY基因的方法? 【方法】 采用chelex-100提取20例新生儿的干血滤纸片DNA,采用一步法PCR扩增CYP21基因Exon1-3片段,与脐带血DNA的结果进行比较?同时检测了11例男性新生儿样本的SRY基因? 【结果】 应用干血滤纸片DNA模板,一步法PCR扩增CYP21基因的扩增效率为10%(2/20),脐带血的扩增结果为100%?SRY基因的扩增效率为100%(11/11)?
