C反应蛋白基因+1444C/T多态性与缺血性脑卒中的相关分析

目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)基因+1444C/T多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法选择286例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据脑动脉狭窄情况分为狭窄(136例)和无狭窄(150例)两组。同期健康体检者140例为对照组,应用PCR-RFLP方法检测受试者的CRP基因型,同时测定血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度。结果狭窄、无狭窄脑卒中组血清CRP浓度均显著高于对照组(P均0.05)。对照组CT基因型患者血清CRP浓度显著高于CC基因型患者[1.59(0.73-4.62)mg/L vs 0.67(0.10-1.81)
