目的 分析血清炎症因子、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在双相情感障碍(BD)患者中的水平变化，并分析其与BD临床症状的相关性。方法 选取宿州市第二人民医院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的100例BD患者，根据BD病情分为BD发作组(47例)和BD缓解组(53例),另选取同期收治的100例单相抑郁情感障碍患者作为单相组、78例健康体检者作为健康组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测并比较4组患者的血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和BDNF水平。比较4组患者血清IL-
