本文对365例不同原因的脑血管病变尸检病例作了分析讨论。高血压动脉硬化占全部病例的26.85%。平均年龄58.4岁。脑的病变包括出血、出血伴梗塞及单纯梗塞。其中脑出血最多,但随着脑动脉粥样硬化程度加重,脑出血比例相对地减少,脑出血加梗塞及脑梗塞相对增加。
