聚丙烯酸絮凝剂在印染污泥低温热处理中的应用

污泥脱水是实现污泥减量化和资源化利用的关键步骤。研究了自制聚丙烯酸絮凝剂PR在低温热处理条件下对印染污泥脱水性能的影响,探究其脱水机理。结果表明,PR能显著改善污泥的脱水性能。最佳工艺条件:PR用量15 mg/g,硫酸用量0.002 mL/g,75℃下热处理30 min。处理后污泥比阻降至2.80×1012 m/kg,降低了98.80%,泥饼含水率降至84.59%,结合水含量降至28.27%。

两性高分子絮凝剂在污泥脱水上的应用研究

以天然高分子植物粉F691为原料,通过羧甲基化、接枝共聚和曼尼期(Mannich)三步反应合成出两性天然高分子改性絮凝剂(CGAAC)。CGAAC对污泥脱水性能的研究结果表明:在用量为2~20mg/L的范围内,CGAAC能明显改善污泥的沉降性能和过滤性能,其脱水性能优于阳离子絮凝剂PAM-C。

This study developed a NCC‐BC‐A scale with relatively high validity and reliability for breast cancer (BC) patients. NCC‐BC‐A scale fully considered the characteristics of systemic treatment status for BC and the realistic situation in China, which may help clinicians to pay more attention to QOL of BC patients and to optimize management system for BC.

磁化调质对活性污泥脱水性能的影响

研究了磁场调质对污水厂活性污泥脱水性能的影响,在不同磁场强度和磁化时间下,考察了活性污泥沉降性能、污泥比阻、分形维数、污泥粒径等参数的变化规律。结果表明:磁化时间为20 min、磁场强度为55 mT时,污泥的沉降性能最佳,污泥结构最为密实,污泥比阻可由原来的2.03×1013 m/kg下降到9.5×1012 m/kg,能有效改善污泥的脱水性能。
