环氧树脂由于其优异的绝缘密封性能被广泛应用于干式空心电抗器,然而在湿热环境中环氧树脂易吸水受潮导致材料性能劣化,严重影响设备的安全稳定运行,掌握材料的吸水与脱水行为对其实际应用具有重要意义,因此文中研究了环氧树脂在不同酸碱盐溶液中的吸水与脱水特性。实验结果表明:环氧树脂在不同溶液中的吸水过程符合菲克第二定律;吸水速率和饱和吸水率与两侧溶液浓度差有关,环氧树脂在去离子水中的吸水速率最大;脱水过程也是一种渗透作用,环氧树脂脱水速率很快,相对平衡脱水率几乎能达到100%。

针对脱硫废水蒸发结晶处理能耗大、成本高的问题,通过水质特征分析,水质稳定性控制研究,以及模拟蒸发制盐试验,开展了脱硫废水经再生处理后回用于海水循环冷却系统的试验研究。结果表明:通过再生处理的脱硫废水,能够用于海水循环冷却系统的补水;引入再生脱硫废水对海水循环冷却系统腐蚀、结垢的影响可以得到有效控制;且循环系统排水制得的结晶盐的化学组成满足GB/T 5462—2003中日晒工业盐一级品的标准。
