电渗析-活性污泥法组合工艺处理高盐废水

采用电渗析-活性污泥法组合工艺对高盐废水进行处理。利用电渗析装置及含盐量较低的汲取液,将高盐废水中的盐分脱除,脱盐后的废水采用活性污泥法生化处理。经过5次更换汲取液,160 min电渗析处理后,废水中的盐由22 000 mg/L降至1 630 mg/L,除碳酸氢根离子脱除率接近70%外,废水中其他离子的脱除率均达到90%以上;脱盐过程中废水中的有机物含量基本不发生变化。脱盐后的废水利用活性污泥法处理,反应24 h内,COD去除率维持在85%左右。

镁剂烟气脱硫废水用于废水脱氮除磷技术研究

将含有2 g/L镁离子的镁剂烟气脱硫废水用于废水脱氮除磷,探讨了影响废水脱氮除磷效率的因素。结果表明,对NH3-N为578 mg/L、PO43--P为1352 mg/L的废水,当 n(Mg2+):n(NH4+):n(PO43-)=2:1:1.6,pH=9.5,反应时间为10 min,搅拌转速为300 r/min时,氨氮去除率可达到80%,磷酸盐去除率达到91.5%。脱氮除磷的产物磷酸铵镁(MAP)可以用做缓释肥等。将镁剂烟气脱硫废水用于废水脱氮除磷,可达到以废治废的目的,该技术具有良好的应用前景。

污水处理过程中会产生大量的污泥,污泥的性质、组分和各种外界因素导致污泥具有较高的含水率且难以脱水。传统的机械脱水已不能满足污泥处置的要求,高含水率已成为污泥处理的瓶颈。详细分析了影响污泥脱水的因素,归纳了化学调理在污泥脱水方面的应用,阐述了不同调理剂对污泥脱水的作用机理,总结了不同调理剂复配的协同增效作用对污泥脱水的影响,以期为今后的污泥脱水研究提供参考。

纯水级脱盐水pH值浅析

应用电化学理论对纯水级脱盐水的pH 值与电导率的关系进行研究。对于电导率小于0-2 μS/cm 的脱盐水,其pH 值必然在6-3 ~7-9 范围内。对纯水级脱盐水而言,pH 值由7 每降低1,则电导率就大约增大到原来的10倍。手动取样分析脱盐水的pH值,其误差主要来自空气的影响。

壳聚糖-双氰胺脱色剂的合成和应用

以壳聚糖、双氰胺为主要原料合成了一种新型、高效的脱色剂处理染料废水,该脱色剂对4种典型的染料的脱色率都>90%。实验表明:当合成温度控制在约50℃、n(壳聚糖结构单元)∶n(双氰胺)∶n(硫酸铝)=1∶4∶1.5、反应时间为2.5h时,合成的脱色剂对染料废水的脱色效果为最佳。实验发现该脱色剂对染料废水的脱色率要远远高于壳聚糖与硫酸铝的复配溶液。对上虞污水厂废水的处理效果,其COD去除率比使用PAC提高20%以上。
