Gongye shui chuli燃煤电厂脱硫废水成分复杂、含盐量高，实现其低成本、稳定可靠的零排放处理是行业难点。采用尾部烟气余热浓缩与高温烟气旁路蒸发集成工艺，可构建高效的脱硫废水零排放系统。运行实践表明，该集成系统可实现年均2.9万t脱硫废水的有效处理，吨水直接运行成本约26.7元，对应电耗397 kW、液碱消耗63.9 kg/h，并引起发电煤耗增加0.464~0.623 g/（kW·h）。系统在氯逃逸控制与固废影响方面表现良好，出口烟气氯离子浓度低于85.08 mg/m3，粉煤灰中氯离子质量分数维持在0.053%~0.080 ...
