近期发现南网地区部分输电杆塔塔脚出现严重的腐蚀,经现场调研发现多处出现腐蚀的塔脚都被农田的土壤覆盖,土壤为塔脚腐蚀提供了良好的介质。为了研究腐蚀的杆塔塔脚腐蚀机理,获得实时测量的腐蚀数据十分重要。文中首先开展了塔脚腐蚀监测方法的研究,利用腐蚀电化学原理,提出了一种基于"条形槽"结构的腐蚀监测传感器,并开发了一套数据监测系统。接着对腐蚀监测系统的性能进行测试工作,得到了塔脚腐蚀测量系统在滴水条件、盐雾环境和干湿循环条件下的特性。最后将该系统安装到出现了塔脚腐蚀的现场,测量当地的腐蚀电流。结果表明 ...

采用腐蚀产物形貌结构分析方法(SEM、EDS、XRD)以及电化学测试方法,研究了在模拟高温高湿环境下腐蚀时间以及外加不同强度直流电场对电力杆塔用碳钢腐蚀行为、腐蚀产物以及形貌结构的影响。结果表明,随着腐蚀时间的延长,碳钢表面的腐蚀产物不断发生变化,腐蚀最初期的腐蚀产物以棉球状α-FeOOH为主,逐渐发展变化为片状的γ-FeOOH和尖晶长条状的Fe3O4,导致表面的腐蚀产物致密性相比腐蚀初期大大减小,对内部基底的保护作用减弱。而电场的存在则会在腐蚀时间作用的基础上进一步抑制α-FeOOH的生成、加速γ ...

对乾北118区块水质、现场腐蚀产物进行了分析,结果表明影响该区块腐蚀的因素以CO2腐蚀为主、SRB细菌腐蚀为辅,沉积垢轻微。根据腐蚀主控因素筛选了适合该区块的缓蚀阻垢剂,配方以咪唑啉7019缓蚀剂为主,磷酸酯类EM阻垢剂为辅,筛选出的缓蚀阻垢剂能够抑制乾北118区块的腐蚀结垢趋势。
