急性胆囊炎患者采取腹腔镜下三孔法胆囊切除术治疗的效果及对其手术指标的影响观察
亚洲临床医学杂志, 2020 目的： 研究急性胆囊炎患者实行腹腔镜下三孔法胆囊切除术治疗效果。 方法： 选择 2019 年 2 月至 2020 年 4 月我院收治的 90例急性胆囊炎患者，按“手术差异性”随机分观察组 ( 腹腔镜下三孔法胆囊切除术 ) 与对照组 ( 传统开腹胆囊切除术 ) 各 56 例，两组疗效比较。 结果： 术前比较两组炎症因子无差异，P ＞ 0.05；术后与对照组比较，观察组 CRP、TNF-α 值较低；手术时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间较短，术中出血量较少；观察组总有效率 (97.77%) 高于对照组 84.44%
