重症感染時におけるロイシンの代謝に関する実験的研究 [PDF]
, 1995 金沢大学 医 第2外科ラットを用いて実験的に腹膜炎モデルを作成した. 1)腹膜炎群では血中BCAA(VAL,ILE,LEU)濃度の低下が認められ,低下した血中BCAA濃度は20%アミノ酸(BCAAを21.2%含有)と15%糖液によるTPNにより対照群の血中濃度に是正された. 2)尿中BCAA排泄量はアミノ酸を投与した腹膜炎群で最も増加していたが,排泄量は投与BCAA総量の1%未満であった.

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1997 为探讨腺苷脱氨酶（ＡＤＡ）活性测定在腹膜透析并发腹膜炎诊断中的意义，观察腹膜透析并发非细菌性腹膜炎和细菌性腹膜炎透出液和血清中ＡＤＡ活性的变化。腹膜炎透出液ＡＤＡ活性明显高于非炎症性腹膜透析透出液，细菌性腹膜炎透出液ＡＤＡ活性明显高于非细菌性腹膜炎。细菌性腹膜炎的血清中ＡＤＡ活性明显增高。腹膜透析透出液中和血清中ＡＤＡ活性测定对腹膜透析并发腹膜炎有诊断意义，对于细菌性和非细菌性腹膜炎也有鉴别意义，是一种快速、准确的诊断方法。
