用XPS和低能离子剥蚀技术研究了TS—102予膜剂在碳钢表面予膜的组分层次,以及它们和溶液pH值、予膜时间及予膜温度之间的关联。常温下,pH6—7,予膜时间超过60小时,这时候的予膜比较厚。随着予膜时间的延长,膜中铁含量减少,铁含量最少达20%左右。予膜温度高,锌和钙的聚磷酸盐相比,钙的聚磷酸盐增加。常温下予膜,锌的聚磷酸盐始终是主要成份,这时候的予膜组分大致分为四个层次。最后用电化学原理初步说明了成膜和膜的抗腐蚀机理。

通过不同清洗方法对膜通量恢复效果的评价以及对污染膜和各步清洗后对膜表面和断面形貌的观察,对膜生物反应器工艺中的膜污染特征和膜污染进行了研究。结果表明,清水冲洗能消除纤维膜之间淤积的污泥和膜表面松散的污染层,次氯酸钠可以清除膜表面的微生物和有机污染物,而硫酸和柠檬酸能清除膜上的无机物垢。在膜外表面的污染物主要为生物膜和凝胶层污染,而膜内表面的污染物主要为滋生的微生物和无机污染物。对应各步清洗后膜通量的恢复,可以推出,在试验的工艺条件下,无机物污染对膜过滤阻力的影响较大。在此基础上 ...

为探讨腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性测定在腹膜透析并发腹膜炎诊断中的意义,观察腹膜透析并发非细菌性腹膜炎和细菌性腹膜炎透出液和血清中ADA活性的变化。腹膜炎透出液ADA活性明显高于非炎症性腹膜透析透出液,细菌性腹膜炎透出液ADA活性明显高于非细菌性腹膜炎。细菌性腹膜炎的血清中ADA活性明显增高。腹膜透析透出液中和血清中ADA活性测定对腹膜透析并发腹膜炎有诊断意义,对于细菌性和非细菌性腹膜炎也有鉴别意义,是一种快速、准确的诊断方法。
