膜生物反应器中膜的污染与清洗

通过不同清洗方法对膜通量恢复效果的评价以及对污染膜和各步清洗后对膜表面和断面形貌的观察,对膜生物反应器工艺中的膜污染特征和膜污染进行了研究。结果表明,清水冲洗能消除纤维膜之间淤积的污泥和膜表面松散的污染层,次氯酸钠可以清除膜表面的微生物和有机污染物,而硫酸和柠檬酸能清除膜上的无机物垢。在膜外表面的污染物主要为生物膜和凝胶层污染,而膜内表面的污染物主要为滋生的微生物和无机污染物。对应各步清洗后膜通量的恢复,可以推出,在试验的工艺条件下,无机物污染对膜过滤阻力的影响较大。在此基础上 ...

残膜量对膜孔灌土壤水氮运移特性的影响

为探究土壤残膜量对膜孔灌肥液入渗土壤水氮运移特性的影响,通过室内土箱模拟试验设置0,90,180,360,720 kg/hm2的5个残膜量水平,分析不同残膜量下膜孔灌肥液入渗累积入渗量、湿润锋运移距离、湿润体特征和水氮分布规律。结果表明:残膜对膜孔灌肥液入渗具有阻渗作用,残膜土累积入渗量较无残膜土减少10.63%~30.77%,Kostiakov模型对残膜土单位膜孔面积累积入渗量与入渗时间有较好地拟合效果;入渗前30 min,不同残膜量的垂直湿润锋运移距离差异不显著,随着入渗时间推进 ...

抗润湿GO复合膜的制备及其在印染废水膜蒸馏处理中的应用

膜蒸馏技术在工业废水处理中具有一定的应用潜力和优势,然而膜污染和膜润湿问题严重阻碍其产业化发展。将氧化石墨烯(GO)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)通过真空抽滤的方法沉积到疏水性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜表面,制备了表面亲水、基底疏水的膜蒸馏用GO复合膜(PVDF-GO/PEI),对膜表面微观结构进行表征,并将其应用于直接接触膜蒸馏对印染废水的处理中,对膜蒸馏过程中膜的抗润湿性及抗污染性能进行了研究。结果表明,GO层明显提高了膜表面亲水性,且对渗透通量影响较小。PVDF-GO ...
