[[abstract]]本研究在探討競爭性、文化智商、自我效能和出國工作意圖之關聯。根據自我效 能理論作為主要討論的變項,探討可能影響出國工作意圖的前置和後果因子,也運用 自我決定論建立了一種自我效能感機制,即對能力需求的滿足得以讓個人付出努力以 實現目標的觀點,並且該機制可能導致鼓勵學生追求挑戰性的目標,例如出國工作。 本研究對象為台灣地區國、私立大學之應屆畢業生,共計發放 370 份,回收有效問卷 為 306 份,有效回收率為 82.7%。結果顯示,台灣大學應屆畢業生的競爭性越高,出 國工作意圖越高;
