反复早期自然流产的病因分析

【目的】分析引起反复早期自然流产的主要影响因素, 为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。【方法】收集在本院自然流 产专科诊治的患者共69 例, 筛查她们关于遗传、内分泌、解剖、感染、免疫, 毒物接触史和代谢等7 个方面的发病因素, 并对其 进行统计分析。【结果】在引起反复自然流产的以上7 个方面的因素中, 分析由于单因素异常的流产患者, 发现其中免疫因素 引起的反复自然流产占86.2 %, 远高于其他6 个方面的因素。并且免疫因素在不同年龄组的反复早期自然流产患者中存在 显著性差别。【结论 ...
