自身免疫性肝病自身抗体检测与病毒性肝病的相关性

目的探讨自身免疫性肝病与病毒性肝病患者血清中自身抗体的特征、相关性及诊断应用价值。方法采用间接免疫荧光法、免疫印迹法检测了自身免疫性肝病(AIH,PBC,PSC)病毒性肝病(CHB,LC,HCC)患者血清中出现的ANA,ASMA,AMA抗体,并对AMAM2亚型及抗SLA/LP,抗LKM-1和抗LC-1等肝脏疾病相关的自身抗体进行检测。结果自身免疫性肝病患者自身抗体阳性率(88.2%)明显高于病毒性肝病(15.0%),并且抗体的滴度水平均大于1:100以上,以高滴度水平出现,而病毒性肝病抗体以低滴度(≤1:
