目的研究高浓度雌激素(EE)对急性自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)的影响,并初步探索其可能的作用机制。方法通过小鼠尾静脉注射刀豆蛋白A,建立急性自身免疫性肝炎模型。将20只8周龄雌性C57BL/6小鼠按体质量随机区组分组,分为4组:对照(Control)组,刀豆蛋白A(ConA)组,雌二醇(EE)组和雌二醇+刀豆蛋白组(EE+ConA),每组5只。雌鼠卵巢去势,分别持续腹腔注射雌二醇2周,最后一次给药24 h后,尾静脉注射刀豆蛋白A。模型的评估采用苏木素-伊红染色法和血清ATL和AST测定法 ...

铁死亡参与肝疾病研究进展

肝脏作为机体新陈代谢的核心器官,深度调节体内各类营养物质的合成及代谢。铁死亡作为一种铁依赖性的脂质过氧化物积累引起的新型细胞程序性死亡方式,参与多种急慢性肝疾病的生理和病理进程。目前认为,在急性肝损伤、代谢相关脂肪性肝病、酒精性肝病、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎等大部分肝疾病中,铁死亡可加速疾病进程;而在晚期肝纤维化和肝细胞癌中,铁死亡则延缓疾病进程。因此,靶向调控铁死亡能够有效预防并延缓急慢性肝疾病的发生发展。本文讨论了铁死亡在急性肝损伤、代谢相关脂肪性肝病、酒精性肝病、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎 ...
