Highlights Several psychiatric disorders were associated with levothyroxine therapy (LT4). Depression, anxiety disorders, and attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder showed the strongest relation to LT4. Thyroid autoimmunity itself (no LT4) was not associated with psychiatric disorders.
